C Kear Properties only collects the relevant information required for the service it offers letting and managing properties from: -

 Such information will be collected directly from you via the use of any of our standard forms, over the internet via email or via telephone conversations with you.
We reserve the right to employ third party electronic verification for the purpose of verifying identity.

Processing
C Kear processes your information for the following: -
·         Where you enter into a contract we need to process your information as part of that contract.
·         Some of your information is processed by C Kear Properties as part of the legitimate interest: - Fraud, risk assessment, due diligence, network and information security, suppressions and managing opting out of communications, updating customer details for letting by the data controller.
·         Consent, where we process your information under consent we will seek your clear and unambiguous consent prior to processing your data.

Resale or disclosure of information
We do not sell, rent, loan, trade, or lease any personal information collected about you except as described in this Privacy Notice or as indicated via the consent process at the time the data is collected we share the information collected with, but not limited to:

How Long do we keep information for?
We only keep your information for as long as necessary. Personal information is kept for seven years after last contact with you.

Removal from list
This gives users the following option to remove their information from the registration list and to not receive future communications from the agent.

About Carol Cotterell

Carol Cotterell started CKear Properties in 2016 after spending nearly 10 years in the industry both selling and letting properties, starting at the bottom and working up to opening, managing and running letting agencies for both independent and large corporate companies.  The growth of the company has been purely down to word of mouth from the excellent service provided to both Landlords and Tenants.  With a growing portfolio of properties we are looking forward to offering our services to as many happy clients as possible. 

We are proud to be fully independent, and without any franchise directives or a costly network of branches to consider. Our operation deals only with Residential Letting and this means we can solely focus on what you, our clients, want from our agency.  We are focussed and dedicated to delivering exceptional service, where experience and service still count.   The success to date has been from hard work and the focus that believes in quality and honesty go hand in hand.
